On February 24th, we kick off our series with David Burkus.In this session, Leading from Anywhere: How to Build High Performing Remote and Hybrid Teams, Burkus provides managers with a complete guide to leading remotely, packed with everyday examples and illuminating insights.

On May 10th, we are thrilled to host Simon T. Bailey, award-winning motivational speaker and author of five literary works that will set you on your path to brilliance. Simon believes that every single person is brilliant, and by the end of his message, you'll believe it too.
In his session, Spark Next Level Leadership,Bailey will discuss how to lead lead through crisis and change, how to hear, heal and help, and leading on all levels.
Join us on September 14th for a Live Event with Ethan Kross, one of the world’s leading experts on controlling the conscious mind. An award-winning professor in the University of Michigan’s top ranked Psychology Department and its Ross School of Business, he is the director of the Emotion & Self Control Laboratory.
In this session titled after his book, Chatter: The Voice in our Head, Why It Matters, and How to Harness It, Kross discuses how he interweaves groundbreaking behavioral and brain research with colorful real-world examples to explain how the conversations we have with ourselves shape our lives, and gives us the power to change them.
We wrap up the 2022 Live Event series on November 9th with Katy Milkman, author, behavioral scientist, Wharton Professor, and Co-Director of the Behavior Change for Good Initiative.
In her session titled Decision Biases: Improving the Quality of Our Everyday Decisions, Katy will illustrate how to identify and overcome the barriers that stand in the way of change. Katy is the author of How to Change: The Science of Getting From Where You are to Where You Want to Be (Portfolio, 2021).
