Developing Workplace at Scale: How to Assess and Measure Talent Development

In order to achieve true enterprise transformation, businesses today need to be focused on building a culture of learning centred around upskilling their talent in power skills and in-demand tech that they need to be successful. By investing in the development of their people, organizations can build sustainable workforce, one that performs and adapts as the organization does — resulting in business growth. But how do companies manage business growth while also supporting their team’s individual goals?

On September 28th, join us at our Perspectives Reception in Edinburgh, where we will discuss how to assess and measure talent development across the organization. The session will bring together industry experts for in-depth discussions focused on how organizations can ensure that they are developing their talent at scale and measuring the impact of their efforts. Additionally, we will share best practices and insights on how to build a successful talent development strategy that aligns with business goals and drives results.

We’re excited to have you join us for our exclusive Perspectives event at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh.
