Comscore needed a management development program for its 1,400 global employees that was global, scalable, provided continuous learning, and tied to performance.

HOW SKILLSOFT ® HELPED

Comscore worked with Skillsoft to design Accelerating Manager Performance and Development (AMPD), a self-paced blended learning program for people managers that incorporates company values and behaviors. AMPD offered two tracks, one for new managers and another for experienced leaders, providing ongoing and expanding skills for supervisors and managers. The AMPD program revolved around twelve core manager competencies. Each monthly topic was delivered daily in 5-minute microlearning sessions – facilitating easy consumption and rapid application. In fact, all of AMPD's learners said they would recommend it to a colleague in a post-program poll, demonstrating the value of the content and the appropriateness of the micro-learning approach for this program.
