Antje supports her clients in identifying their personal values, goals, and strategies to create fulfillment in career and life. For the past several years she has worked with employees and leaders of internationally operating DAX-listed and mid-size companies. She has worked as a mediator, trainer and coach on conflict resolution, team building, developing leadership skills, women in leadership, and defining new roles.
Antje is a German Master Certified Coach (MCC), team coach and trainer, educated at NC State University of North Carolina, an active member of the International Coaching Federation and EMCC, and a certified mediator for almost 20 years. Currently, she is serving as President Past of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Charter Chapter Germany, a professional organization with 1000+ members.
