Failover clustering in Windows Server 2022 allows computer servers to be grouped together to provide high availability (HA) or continuous availability (CA) capabilities. In this course, you will examine the differences between types of failover clustering, such as active-passive and active-active, and applications that use failover clustering. You will investigate the prerequisites that must be confirmed before creating failover clusters and the key processes of failover clustering, including HA and CA. Next, you will find out how to create a failover cluster, add and remove nodes from a failover cluster, and create clustered roles. Then you will discover how to configure and manage quorum options in a failover cluster and monitor and maintain a failover cluster using Operations Manager. Finally, you will explore best practices for testing, validating, and troubleshooting failover clusters in Windows Server 2022.
