Decisions by the National Labor Relations Board have increased the focus on labor unions and their role in the modern workplace. This course will provide an overview of workers' rights under the various US labor laws, as well as employers' rights and obligations with respect to union activity.This course was developed with subject matter support provided by the Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Law Group of the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA.
