A technical product manager (TPM) oversees the development and strategy of technical products. They occupy a cross-functional role, bridging the gap between business, technology, and user experience teams to guide product development, prioritize features, and ensure that products meet both business goals and customer requirements. In this course, you will explore technical product management and differentiate product management from project management.
