In the Analyze phase of the DMAIC methodology, Six Sigma teams begin to analyze the root causes of the problems that they identified in the earlier stages. This analysis requires working with huge volumes of data of different types. This course covers key characteristics, considerations, and the method for calculating correlation coefficients. It also covers how to perform linear regression analysis. Finally, this course covers multivariate tools including factor analysis, discriminate analysis, and MANOVA. This course is aligned with the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam and is designed to assist learners as part of their exam preparation. It builds on foundational knowledge that is taught in SkillSoft's ASQ-aligned Green Belt curriculum.
