Explore the options for sharing a presentation in PowerPoint for Office 365 via e-mail, OneDrive, and to SharePoint, and how to access files in OneDrive directly via PowerPoint, in this 8-video course. You will examine the integrated e-mail function in PowerPoint to create new e-mails. Learners will then observe how to save and share documents on OneDrive, Microsoft's online file storage. You will learn how to access and edit your sharing permissions for each location, and how to define, change, and remove shared document link permissions. Continue by exploring the Activity panel to view changes and actions made in a document, and how to manage a document's version history, as well as restore a previous version. You will learn how to use PowerPoint to collaborate on a presentation in real time, and view when other people edit the document. Finally, learners will be shown how to share presentations as videos with PowerPoint and Microsoft Stream.
