Sending email is one of the most fundamental functions of Outlook 365, but it's also one of the most versatile. In this course, you'll learn not only how to create and send a new email message or response, but also how to customize your message options. Explore different response options including reply, reply all, and forward. Also, see how to forward a message as an attachment and share it with Microsoft Teams. Discover how to use the CC and BCC fields to copy others on your message, and how to get people's attention with @ mentions and emoji reactions. You'll also learn how to follow up on outgoing emails, by requesting delivery and read receipts, setting a reminder, and flagging messages for follow-up. Finally, we'll cover some additional options, including how to delay delivery, edit or unsend a message you've already sent, and set up automatic replies. This course aligns with objectives of Exam MO-400: Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019).
