The scrum master has direct responsibility for ensuring the success of a product development project. The scrum master also plays a key role as a process owner throughout the development process in conjunction with the Scrum team. In this course, you'll learn about the scrum master's role in empirical process control, sprint planning, the product backlog, and sprint backlogs.
