This course prepares learners for the MS-300 deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork certification exam, which focuses on the abilities of teamwork administrators to configure and manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business, Teams, and workload integrations. In this 20-video course, you will explore management of the Teams environment. First, you will examine app deployment; how to manage organization-wide app permission policies; and how to manage custom app permission policies, and assign them to users in Teams. You will then learn to enable auditing, to retrieve audit log data, and how to deploy and monitor audit log events. This course next explores how to troubleshoot connectivity issues with teams, and how to access log files to assist with troubleshooting. You will examine analytics and reporting, how to view and interpret usage reports in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and how to monitor and verify the Team service health. Finally, you will examine settings in the Teams web app and local client to resolve issues with connectivity or configuration.
