In this course, learners discover how to evaluate requirements and solutions for synchronization, identity management, and authentication when planning an identity strategy. This 12-video course can be used to prepare for the MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification exam. Begin with a demonstration of how to use the idFix tool to address possible synchronization errors, and explore the objects and attributes that are excluded when using this tool, as well as how to examine the transaction logs after a scan.
