You will learn how to use the Microsoft ROI (return on investment) calculator; about assessing on-premises versus cloud solutions; and details on support options and service level agreements (SLAs). Next, learn to use the service health feature in the Microsoft 365 portal, with three categories for information provided: an overview of all subscription services called All services; and two sections for filtering out actionable and informational items-an incidents section for services flagged as actionable items, and the advisories section for informational items. In a concluding exercise, learners are asked to describe Microsoft 365 purchasing considerations; to explain three basic steps of performing a CBA; to list two types of expenditures when considering on-premises or the cloud; to explain support options available to Microsoft 365 subscribers and three categories of service health, plus practical reasons to move to the cloud.
