Dry ice, or carbon dioxide solid, is commonly used as refrigerant to keep substances cool while being transported. While it is useful, dry ice can still be hazardous if it is mishandled. This course will cover the hazards of dry ice as well as the regulations laid out for transport by DOT, IATA, and IMDG.
