Outlook 2019 makes it easy to keep track of people you connect with. In this 11-video course, you will discover how to add, import, export, and categorize contacts; create and manage groups; and configure your address book. First, explore how to use your address book to get the most out of it, then add a contact. Examine how to import and export contacts; organize your contacts into groups; and create a collaborative workgroup, allowing you to work directly with other group members from your inbox. Then explore how to create and view conversations and also create a meeting from your group. This leads into learning ways to manage your Office 365 group, edit and delete groups, and join other groups. Next, learn how to organize your contacts by placing your contact entries into different folders, and then categorizing your contacts to differentiate between entries in your Outlook address book. The course concludes by demonstrating how to print your address book and save it as a PDF, and how to configure your address book.
