Compliance Brief: The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and PUMP Act

This Compliance Brief course covers two bills passed in December 2022 that are important updates to legal protections for U.S. employees: the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections, or PUMP Act, and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, or PWFA.
