Clean-up operations can be performed at a number of different stages in your flow, including Pivot and Join steps. You can also create separate Clean steps and stack multiple clean-up operations. In some cases, directly editing individual values in a field can correct an issue or data discrepancy, but if there are numerous issues in your dataset, Clean operations can help to quickly clean up your data with minimal intervention.   Calculated fields can be used to create entirely new fields using either only calculations or, more typically, in conjunction with the data in existing fields. In most cases, a calculated field will be added to the field list, with the original component fields untouched.
