Capstone Project

This portion of the program gives first-time managers the opportunity to bring together and reflect on everything they've learned to date and how to apply it moving forward. The aim of this project-based training is to help you, as a first time manager, build and apply your leadership competencies in the workplace, be more inclusive and efficient, find your own voice, and in turn, help your team achieve its potential through a series of hands-on projects.
