Explore Amazon Web Services (AWS) storage solutions such as Simple Storage Service (S3) buckets, including various methods of creating them. In this course, you will discover how Elastic File System (EFS) provides cloud-based Network File System (NFS) shared that can be mounted as a remote file system and how Glacier is used for long-term cloud archiving. Course participants will also learn: how S3 addresses cloud storage needs in what are called buckets and how to create multiple buckets in your AWS account to store files and also organize them within folders using lifecycle management options for an S3 bucket and determine what happens to S3 objects over time. Get an overview of how EFS provides a simple, scalable, fully managed elastic NFS file system for use with cloud services and on-premises resources. The course finishes up with training on how to configure Amazon S3 Glacier, a storage solution designed to archive data. This course can be used in preparation for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate SAA-C02 exam.
