About the Author

Natasha Terk is the president of Write It Well and leads the firm's business operations and strategy. Natasha is the author of Professional Writing Skills: A Write It Well Guide, coauthor of The Due Diligence Tool, and contributing editor of E-Mail: A Write It Well Guide.

A recognized expert on business communication in the workplace, Natasha leads workshops, webinars, and consulting engagements for clients that include IKEA, Hitachi Data Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Granite Construction, Check Point Software Technologies, and the Port of Oakland. She develops job-relevant, engaging training solutions that help people work more effectively and efficiently.

Natasha served as program officer at the Packard Foundation, served as a management consultant with La Piana Consulting, and taught business writing at UC Berkeley. Natasha holds master's degrees from the University of San Francisco and the University of Manchester, UK.
