About the Author

Gillian Perry applies her professional change management skills to current issues and challenges. She has worked for many years in the field of change from technology implementations to culture change programmes. In her spare time she writes up ideas and advice for others.

By understanding how people react to change in all its forms, she is able to put their responses in a framework that is positive and which allows anyone to cope with the disruption to their lives. Whilst her immediate focus has been helping projects and programmes, her insights will help anyone experiencing change in their lives.

In her spare time she enjoys photography and imaging the things around us and has written about her experiences capturing images of the Northern Lights.
