Jan Yager, a management consultant and speaker on work issues and friendship, has a Ph.D. is sociology (City University of New Yrok, 1983). Author of 22 books including Business Protocol, When Friendship Hurts, and Frienshifts, she is often interviewed by the media, such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, the Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
