Tremaine du Preez is a leadership coach and head of learning and development for The Leadership Consultancy, a boutique coaching and training consultancy based in Singapore.
Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, she has developed an approach to leadership and human capital development that fuses the best of Eastern, Western and African ideas. She is a sought after trainer and speaker in strategic management, emotional intelligence and critical thinking, and offers a rich depth of knowledge in these areas.
Participants who attend her workshops on critical thinking continually inspire her to find new, and fun, ways of making academic and high level ideas as accessible as possible. She firmly believes that everyone should benefit from the research and advances in mankind’s understanding of how to use our minds to their full potential.
Tremaine has a master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of London, a Bachelor of Commerce in Informatics and is certified in Neuro-Semantics.
