This sourcebook is written for both practitioners and researchers interested in gaining or updating an understanding of the current state of executive coaching. Each article is described with an outline that details its relevant sections; design and methodology; findings and implications; originality and value; and strengths and limitations.
About the Authors
Johnathan K. Nelson is a doctoral student in the industrial/organizational psychology program at George Mason University and a senior research associate at Personnel Decisions Research Institutes.
Colonel Lisa A. Boyce is the reserve scientist and deputy site commander at the European Office of Aerospace Research and Development in London for the United States Air Force. She holds a Ph.D. degree from George Mason University.
Gina Hernez-Broome is a core faculty member in organizational leadership at the University of the Rockies and a former program manager at the Center for Creative Leadership’s Colorado Springs campus. She holds a Ph.D. degree from Colorado State University.
Katherine Ely is a senior research associate at Fors Marsh Group in Arlington, Virginia. She holds a Ph.D. degree from George Mason University.
Gia A. DiRosa is a doctoral student in the industrial/organizational psychology program at George Mason University and a research fellow at the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences.
