About the Authors
Ken Jennings founded ThirdRiver Partners, a consultancy specializing in helping leaders and their teams by aligning everyone in the organization to their “greater goals.” He has served as a global managing partner at Accenture, and was a co-director of the Global Leadership in Healthcare Program at the University of Michigan Business School.
Heather Hyde acts as a trusted advisor to ThirdRiver clients and provides strategy and organizational advisory services to organizations. She has earned the Certified Performance Technologist designation from ASTD and was previously a consultant with a leading firm in turnaround and crisis management. Heather is also a CPA, Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor, and member of the Turnaround Management Association.
