About the Author

Paul B. Thornton is a speaker, author, consultant, and associate professor of business administration at Springfield Technical Community College in Springfield, Massachusetts. In addition, he is an associate professor at large for The Thierry Graduate School of Leadership located in Brussels, Belgium. Through seminars and individual coaching he helps executives, managers, and organizations reach their potential.

Paul has designed and conducted management/ leadership programs for many organizations. Since 1980 he has trained over 10,000 supervisors and managers to be more effective leaders.
