Quick to a decision and even quicker to change his mind, he moved to Florida where he graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1989. Upon graduation, Charles was contacted by and offered a position with the U.S. Army, a relationship that lasted over 10 years. As a consultant for Sprint, he designed and implemented robust networking solutions for large Fortune 500 and privately held companies.
