She conducts organizational assessments and strategic plans, then develops, designs, and delivers programs in both the private and public sectors. Cremo is also a certified executive coach.
Tom Bux
Tom Bux is an L&D manager for an online retailer’s fulfillment center, where he is responsible for the training and development of more than 400 employees. Bux works with local workforce development boards and learning organizations to leverage regional resources to empower employees in their learning and career goals.
