About the Author
Stephen Amos, MSc, is a training consultant and author. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including government departments, multi-national corporations, and small businesses. As a manager with the UK Civil Service he sat on numerous selection panels, and he has built on this experience to help many clients develop their ability to conduct successful recruitment campaigns. Stephen has an MSc in training and performance management. His dissertation was on the application of competency frameworks, including their use in recruitment and selection.
