Kim Heldman, PMP, Project+, is an IT Director for the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology, overseeing information technology service delivery for four state agencies. She has over 20 years of experience in project management and is the author of several books on project management, including all editions of the bestselling PMP: Project Management Professional Exam Study Guid.

Vanina Mangano, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, Project+, is an executive member of Never Limited LLC, specializing in PMI certification exam preparation material and training.
