This Study looks at responses of 551 business and learning professionals representing organizations across all sectors and of varying sizes and geographic locations that were collected in October and November of 2013. One in four (25 percent) said their organizations currently use gamification in learning, and one in five (20 percent) use serious games. Interviews with industry leaders from organizations such as BB&T and Sprint were also conducted to bring depth to the survey findings.
