Marshall Goldsmith is founding director of the Financial Times Knowledge Dialogue and the Alliance for Strategic Leadership. He has been cited by Forbes and The Wall Street Journal as a top executive educator and coach. His 12 books include Learning Journeys, Coaching for Leadership, and The Leadership Investment.

James Belasco is executive director of the Financial Times Knowledge Dialogue. He is a renowned executive coach and the author of nine books, including the bestellers Flight of the Buffalo and Teaching Elephants to Dance.
