About the Author
Lisa Haneberg has 25 years of experience as a coach, trainer, writer, and consultant, and is currently vice president for MPI Consulting, an organization development practice in Cincinnati. Haneberg has experience in the fields of organization development and management and leadership training. She has worked with leaders in organizations as varied as Intel, Black & Decker, Amazon.com, Mead Paper, and the Royal Government of Thailand. With a degree in behavioral sciences from the University of Maryland, Haneberg is the author of 10 books, including Organization Development Basics and Coaching Basics (both from ASTD Press). She is also author of numerous articles and essays and the popular blog Management Craft.
