About the Authors

Rola Ruohong Wei is a research associate at the Singapore campus of the Center for Creative Leadership. Her primary interest is addressing leadership development issues faced by leaders in Asia. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Beijing Normal University, an M.A. in human development from Cornell University, and an M.S. in psychology from Lehigh University.

Jeffrey Yip is a research associate at the Singapore campus of the Center for Creative Leadership. His work focuses on leadership development in Asia and the ways leaders and organizations can bridge cultural boundaries. He has master’s degrees in applied sociology from the National University of Singapore and in human development and psychology from Harvard University.
