About the Author
Jorge Cuervo has a degree in pharmacy (University of Barcelona) and an MBA from ESADE. He has held senior positions in multinational companies such as Cruz Verde, Mattel, Merck, Starlux, and Larousse Editorial Planeta Group. Since 2008, he has been a professor at Barcelona Activa in the areas of leadership, self-management, and change management. He has developed novel approaches that combine training and coaching techniques to give students more effective resources for personal application. He lives in Barcelona.
