About the Authors
Gareth M. de Bruyn has worked in the Information Technology world since 1989. He has written and contributed to 13 books on SAP, and one on home theater. He has worked with SAP since 1995. His experience with SAP covers technical and functional consulting.
Robert Lyfareff is an IT manager responsible for driving Innovation and the New Style of IT at a Fortune 10 company. He has written and contributed to 13 books on SAP. During multiple SAP implementations he has delivered business value through his strong technical and functional knowledge.
Mark Balleza is an industry veteran, with more than 17 years of experience in enterprise architecture and development. He currently works as a senior technical manager, leading efforts in all technical aspects of an SAP deployment, which includes managing an off-shore team of 60–100 developers and technical resources. He is the owner of his own consulting firm, MARBAL LLC., and has been working with SAP since graduating in 1997. His 17 years of experience in SAP includes ABAP programming, utilizing both past and present development platforms within the major SAP modules that include HR, BW, FICO, AM, and SD/MM/PP/QM/PM, just to name a few. His clients and employers include the oil and gas industry, insurance agencies, defense industry, as well as other government agencies. There are no limits to his career goals, and he is always looking to explore new fields in the enterprise and emerging technology space. Mark holds both a BS and an MA degree in Industrial Technology with an Information Systems concentration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Dhruv Kashyap is a Senior SAP CRM consultant at Accrete Solutions LLC. During the past five years, Dhruv has implemented SAP solutions for a wide variety of industries, including high tech, heavy equipment, consumer retail, and safety equipment. In the last two years he developed mobility solutions and integrated those services into SAP. Dhruv received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. In his leisure time, he likes to travel and enjoys adventure activities.
