His primary focus is ensuring the success of customers' cloud journey by deploying SAP’s best capabilities and services, including SAP PLM. With a career spanning since 2006, he has worked in various roles in software development, consulting, business development, and sales.

Carsten Dietze-Selent is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in SAP PLM development. As head of engineering for SAP PLM public cloud solutions on SAP BTP since 2018, he has played a key role in the consolidation of SAP's product offerings into SAP PLM, the new flagship PLM cloud product. With a track record of driving customer adoption and implementing sustainable processes, Carsten has been instrumental in the growth and success of SAP's PLM development initiatives. Prior to his current role, Carsten held various positions within SAP, including chief support architect for premium engagements and product owner in manufacturing. He has a proven ability to deliver results and drive innovation in the field of enterprise software development.

Ilona Eirich is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience at SAP, specializing in SAP PLM since 2016. As a senior development manager for SAP PLM, she plays a crucial role in promoting operational excellence and implementing delivery excellence across social media, go-to-market strategies, and customer onboarding experiences. She has made significant contributions to enhancing engineering practices within the PLM domain, particularly in areas such as quality. Ilona's successful management of strategic projects and leadership of cross-functional teams have resulted in the delivery of innovative solutions.

Ismail Serin is a product management professional specializing in cloud-native PLM processes. As the head of product management for SAP's PLM offering in the public cloud, Ismail is leading the transformation of the PLM market by pioneering the adoption of cloud-native technologies. His main objective is to empower product-centric organizations with efficient business processes to deliver high-quality products on time and at the right price. Ismail firmly believes that achieving this goal requires deep integration between PLM, ERP, and supply chain functions, leveraging cloud technologies such as AI and machine learning.
