About the Authors
Vivek V. Ranade leads the Chemical Engineering and Process Development Division of the CSIR - National Chemical Laboratory, India, where he has worked since 1990. His research interests center on process intensification, reactor engineering and modeling of industrial flow processes.
Vinay M. Bhandari is a Senior Principal Scientist at the CSIR National Chemical Laboratory. His research interests include: advanced separation processes; catalytic reaction engineering; applied research in nanomaterials; process development; bioseparations; and wastewater treatment and environmental pollution control.
