About the Authors

Dr. Stephen R. Covey, an internationally respected leadership authority and organizational consultant, was co-founder and vice chairman of FranklinCovey, the leading global professional services firm which has offices in 123 countries. Covey received an MBA from Harvard and a Ph.D. from Brigham Young University.

Jennifer Colosimo is the Chief Learning Officer at Franklin-Covey Co. Jennifer has influenced more than 30,000 clients globally through her facilitation and keynotes. She is an executive coach and a catalyst for high performance at all organizational levels, from frontline to CEO.

Before joining FranklinCovey in 1996, Jennifer earned an MA in organizational communication from Purdue University and served as a change management consultant with Accenture. For FranklinCovey, she has facilitated many audio and Web-based programs, including the iTunes series “Greatness on the Go” and the webinar series “The Speed of Trust,” and has co-hosted leadership events with such luminaries as Jack Welch and her coauthor, Stephen R.
