She owns Focus Learning Solutions in Chicago, a full-service learning and development consultancy. She is also the founder of Fresh Eye Reviews, a quality control and assurance service for learning materials. Before starting her own company, Hadiya worked in both corporate and academic environments at all levels, from specialist to manager. She has also taught training and development at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Hadiya has an MEd and an MA in writing and publishing, and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
