About the Author

Sally Bibb is an expert in Generation Y, trust and employee engagement. She is co-founder of talentsmoothie, a specialist Generation Y consultancy, and founder of Engaging Minds, a communications and engagement consultancy.

During her career Sally has worked in international organizational change roles in the telecoms and media sectors. Before setting up her own consultancies Sally was a director at The Economist Group. Her first degree was in Psychology, Sociology and Economics, and she has an MSc in Organizational Change from the University of Surrey.

Sally frequently speaks at conferences, seminars and dinner engagements. She is also a writer, editor and award-winning author of several books and many articles on the subject of trust and organizational change.
