A seasoned practitioner and consultant, she has led cross-functional client teams through process and performance improvement engagements, including impact and measurement mapping, alternatives evaluation, solutions development, implementation, and measurement. Her work with both Fortune 500 clients and nonprofits has been recognized by Chief Learning Office and T + D magazines, and has earned American Society for Training & Development’s (ASTD) “Excellence in Practice Award” and three “Chief Learning Office - Business Impact” awards on behalf of her clients.
Bonnie’s practitioner approach makes her a popular presenter at industry conferences, including the Conference Board, ASTD, Chief Learning Officer Symposiums, International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Corporate University Week, National Fund for Workforce Solutions, and Elliott Masie’s Learning conferences. Lew Walker has forged a very successful career in the discipline of Human Resources, serving in many Vice President roles at AT&T and SBC Wireless. Lew played a significant part in supporting several mergers and acquisitions, including Cingular’s acquisition of AT&T Wireless, as well as acquisitions of Pacific Bell and Ameritech.
Prior to his current role as Vice President of AT&T Human Resources supporting the offices of the SVP and CFO, Group President, and Chief Strategy Officer as well as the President of Network Operations, Lew was Vice President of AT&T Learning Services. In this capacity, Lew was responsible for initial and continual training and performance development for all AT&T employees and partners across the globe. AT&T received wide recognition, including first place in Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Inaugural LearningElite Award in 2011 and 2013, and second place in 2012. AT&T also received one of the five Editor’s Choice Awards for best business support in both 2011 and 2013. Bersin & Associates recognized AT&T Learning Services in 2012 in three of their Learning Leader categories. In addition, Lew received the 2011 Next Generation Innovation Award from Women in Technology International (WITI).
