About the Author
Camille has enjoyed a career working in STEM for organizations including IBM, NASA, and PBS. Born in London, she was raised in Texas where she earned her BA in Math at UT Austin. Since 1996, Camille has lived in Las Vegas where she completed her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at UNLV. Camille has worked in numerous teaching, visionary, and leadership roles at the K12 level throughout her career, and currently serves as the Director of Curriculum Innovations for the Adelson Educational Campus -- a boutique independent school at which she directed the construction and operation of the largest school-based Startup Incubator in the country. She has authored nine Wiley books and produced/hosted hundreds of hours of educational television programming. Camille was awarded the Tech Exec Lifetime Achievement Award from Tech Exec 2016 for the Las Vegas area. She and her husband are the proud parents of two boys, Ian and Carson.
