About the Author

George Vukotich, Ph.D. is the Department Chair of the Graduate Program in Training and Development at Roosevelt University. Since joining the university in 2007 he has been involved in expanding the program to include global presence and rolled out a new master s level degree in the area of Human Performance Improvement. In addition to his academic work George spent over 20 years in the corporate and consulting field working for such organizations as; IBM, Arthur Andersen, and BP. He is a Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Air Force and has been involved in a number of training and leadership development initiative. His previous book, Breaking the Chains of Culture: Building Trust in Individuals, Teams and Organizations focused on how organizations can be more successful by developing a culture of trust. He resides in Chicago.
