Christina Buchanan is the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Dell's Services recruiting team. In her current role she directly manages a team of 12 technical recruiters with a focus on North America and global POC responsibilities. She is also responsible for planning and execution of TA strategic initiatives focused on diversity, proactive candidate sharing, sourcing and operational excellence. Previously she held numerous roles within Dell's recruiting function including the areas of Project Management, University Recruitment, Mergers & Acquisitions and professional recruiting for Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Legal, M&A. Christina is self-motivated by her success as she's been consistently promoted to positions of increased responsibility due to her drive for results, consultative approach and proven leadership. She is widely known as someone who will go the extra mile for her team and her clients.
Christina began her recruiting career as an agency recruiter specializing in Finance and Accounting within the search division of two of the nation’s leading boutique firms. There she gained experience serving middle-market to Fortune 35 companies throughout the United States. She has completed an extensive amount of highly competitive searches and program managed the integration of multiple acquired companies.
