Produced by Skillsoft and endorsed by Peoplecert, the package provides the learner with syllabus-aligned content that will prepare you to write the ITIL®4 Foundation Exam. This is for your use only and cannot be shared. Each exam voucher code is redeemable only once. Learners can redeem their Exam Voucher code at http://www.Peoplecert.org You will need to create an account if you do not already have one. Once you are logged in, you will see a text box where you can insert your Exam Voucher code. Once input, you will then be guided in the website to schedule your webcam-proctored exam.

You'll receive a receipt for your purchase and an additional email from PeopleCert with your exam voucher code in approximately 2 business days (48 hours) with a voucher code. Once you receive this code via email, please visit www.Peoplecert.org, where you will be able to create an account if you do not already have one. Once you create an account or login, you will see a text box in the center of the screen where you can enter your voucher code. Once the code is entered, you will be prompted to schedule your webcam-proctored exam. This code is for your use only and cannot be shared.

To ensure you have all the learning content you need to prepare for ITIL, you will have an account created on Learn.Percipio.com site with access to the ITIL®4 Foundation Content. If you already have an account on Learn.Percipio.com you can login there now and begin accessing your ITIL content. If you do not currently have an account on Learn.Percipio.com, one will be created for you shortly and you will get a welcome email that will allow you to login.

You will get all the content you need to study for your ITIL exam.
