This course is designed to address the training requirements by various states including Delaware, Maine, and New York, but is not designed to meet the training requirements under the laws of California, Connecticut and Illinois (including Chicago City). It includes coverage of federal anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law as well. Additional customization may be required in order to fully address all relevant state and local requirements.
