Process enhancements refer to the deliberate and continuous improvement of systems engineering practices to optimize project outcomes. These enhancements focus on refining and streamlining processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques used in systems engineering. In this course, you will explore system life cycle process and models management, beginning with the system development life cycle, phases of the system development life cycle, systems engineering processes, and customizing and tailoring system life cycle processes.
