This course provides information about control of hazardous energy and work under the protection of a lockout/tagout energy control program. The intent of the course is to provide information on lockout/tagout practices and the significance of lockout/tagout devices. The content in this course is designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements. Learner objectives are to define and describe terms and techniques commonly used in a lockout/tagout program and recall standard lockout/tagout procedures.
